Dedicated server account

The most solid of all web hosting alternatives, the dedicated servers supplied by kuwait.gr are charged with various hosting Control Panel choices: (a) Hepsia (with the Debian Linux Operating System exclusively; freely given; unmetered hosted TLDs; a single user account login; no root access availability; our recommendation number 1 owing to the inclusion of the state-of-the-art Domain Manager – not incorporated by default in any other hosting Control Panel on the whole market); (b) DirectAdmin (freely given); (c) cPanel (a monthly charge involved). Both DirectAdmin and cPanel operate with CentOS only; unlimited hosted Top Level Domains; need an extra user account login for domain, invoice transaction and customer support ticket management purposes; server root access availability. All dedicated web hosting servers are available only in the US datacenter facility.

Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia Control Panel is a typical device only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and arrives as a gift. With Hepsia you can host unmetered Top Level Domains in a single user account. This is conceivable thanks to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager interface. The other hosting CP tools, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered only in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you have to use TWO different logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/administration choices. If you opt for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated server, there will be no CP option.

Hosted Hostnames ² - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all available web hosting CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your top level domain names under a single hosting account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP devices do not supply such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and as a consequence they require TWO autonomous hosting user accounts: one domain administration/billing/support user account and one web page administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).

Operating System ³ - you will note that the Hepsia CP is available with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to install it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin Control Panel interfaces can operate only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
